This past year has been an absolute whirlwind, about a year ago I was returning to Belize after previously spending three months there where I would meet my now-fiancé and travel with him to Mexico, bring him back to America and then move to Portugal with him after graduating college. Lagos, Portugal has been named one of the most underrated european destinations and boasts Europe's most beautiful beaches. Traveling there September through May is extremely affordable and the food is to die for. Many blog posts to come on this beautiful town.
