(another blog for bloggers)
It's hard to stand out as a lifestyle, food or travel page on Instagram but it's really easy to fit in. These are the basic, over-posted, over-hyped scams that filled 2016.
1. Avocado toast

There's nothing wrong with a little avocado toast, in fact, it's one of my favorite breakfasts! But it also looks like green puke and is so easy it could be prepared by a toddler and is in no way worthy of a food blog.
2. Everything funfetti

Funfetti: happy it's not vanilla, sad it's not icecream cake. The most basic of cakes from our childhood is coming back to haunt us in a new, basic way.
3. Doughnut Ice Cream Mash Ups

I "donut" want to see any of these puns anymore.
4. Sushi Burritos

I like burritos as much as the next gal and sushi probably more than most but why do you have to combine the two? Isn't the beauty of sushi getting to have 20 different pieces until you're absolutely stuffed?
5. Rainbow Bagels

These were my absolute favorite when I was 7 and they got brought into my school for Dr. Seuss day, but let's leave them in elementary schools. alright?
6. Unicorn Food

Unicorns don't exist and this shitty pastel trend shouldn't either.
7. Galaxy Food

I DONUT WANT TO SEE THESE PUNS ANYMORE
9. Anything Starbucks "Secret Menu "

If it was that good it would be on the real menu.
